For all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommend you do 2 sprays underneath your feet for the first 3 weeks before building up the number of sprays/ places sprayed!
How to use: 1. Pre/Post workout: 4-6 sprays per muscle both pre and post workout to relax muscles, boost energy levels and for targeted post-workout muscle cramp relief. 2. Sweet Dreams: Apply 10-30 mins to lower limbs (soles of feet recommended) before bed for a dreamy slumber. 3. No-fuss recovery: Massage in, wait for it to dry and go! No rinsing required. Newbie Tips: Start out with a couple of sprays under your feet and gradually work your way up to the recommended amount. At the start you may feel a tingle – it’s normal! If it’s too much, ease off the number of sprays.As your magnesium levels improve, the tingle will fade away.
