Hand & Skin Shield Liquid Gloves: Clean and dry hands. Apply Hand & Skin Shield Liquid Gloves to the palm of hand and rub into skin, making sure front and back of hands including cuticles are completely covered. Wait 3 minutes or until completely absorbed. Reapply at least every 4 hours to maximise protection. Hand & Skin Shield Intensive Repair: Initially apply 2-3 times daily, including before bed, to clean and dry hans for the first week, then apply as needed. Can also be used on your cracked heels, apply before bed. Superfood Hand Creams: Massage cream into hands, cuticles & nails until absorbed as needed.
