Shipping
All orders are picked and packed within 24-48 hours of being received from Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped with Australia Post, departing Perth, Western Australia 6110. Shipping is FREE and standard shipping service is used for ALL orders. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided via email once shipped (you can watch your GlowDry order come to you!) Please ensure you provide a safe address for your shipment. A signature is required for each parcel delivered, if you won’t be home or prefer for your parcel to be left in a safe place, please mention this and include instructions. Warranty
GlowDry products should be free from defects on delivery. If your GlowDry product(s) is defective, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Refunds will not be considered. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
