• Use soap and warm water to clean the bottoms of feet thoroughly. • Peel off the patch from the adhesive backing paper. • Apply one patch to the centre of the foot with the sticky side toward the skin. Press firmly to make sure the patch is secured in place. • Remove the patch after 6-8 hours, and then clean the soles of the feet with a wet towel or water.
