*All orders offer tracking and this will be advised once the package is dispatched from our warehouse.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location.

LOST PARCELS: Buggalugs offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if item is faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
