You can leave a note on the order for the Postie to leave your package. We are not liable for packages are left at your property with an (ATL).
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date. If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or provide a refund.
We do provide refunds for a change of mind. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging.

I have received confirmation from you that my product needs to be returned – What now?
Package the item(s) for return: You will need to repack the product well enough for shipping and well enough to prevent further damage. Any physical damage caused may also void any existing warranty coverage on the product. For all returns and exchanges, send an email to [email protected]. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage), along with an email confirmation, or an exchange, as per your request.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A species of yeast called Malassezia pachydermatis is a normal organism found on the skin and inside the ears of all canines. When there is an imbalance in the amount of yeast it causes an overgrowth. The excess yeast can cause changes to the skin, ears and coat that can cause a variety of unpleasant symptoms for your pet. Such as; Chronic Itching, Hair Loss, Greasy Skin, Skin Sores, Darkened thickened skin, Yellow foul smelling discharge, Sour/Yeast odour to the skin and ears.
The itching can be a constant discomfort and irritant to your dog. Areas where there is increased heat and creases in the skin cause the most upset (such as between the paw pads and ears). Other areas such as the belly and under the arm pits are also commonly affected.
There may be contributing factors to a yeast infection such as longtime use of medications such as steroids or immune suppressant drugs. Other diseases such as Cushings disease, cancer and hypothyroidism can also contribute to yeast infections developing and proliferating.
The skin is the slowest healing organ in the body and it will take time to eradicate the yeast and increase immunity so that yeast infections cannot proliferate. Food Allergies/Intollerances are almost always a contributing factor to skin conditions such as yeast infections. I always recommend food allergy/environmental testing to eliminate allergens from the diet and environment that are contributing to the yeast infection cycle. Active Ingredients per 20 drops (1ml): Baikal Skullcap Root (Scutellaria baicalensis), Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia aquifolium), Pau D’Arco Bark (Tabebuia impetiginosa), Rehmannia Root (Rehmannia glutinosa), Thuja Leaves & Ariel parts (Thuja occidentalis), St Mary’s Thistle Seeds (Silybum marianum), Ecchinacea Root (Ecchinacea purpurea), Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) All herbs are premium quality and tested for purity. DOSAGE: (SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE): Use for 3 weeks, then stop administration for 1 week. Repeat dosage cycle until desired affect is achieved. Dose twice daily. Give one drop for every 1kg (2lb) of body weight up to 25kg (50lb), add one drop per additional 2kg (4lb). Contains calibrated dropper: 0.5ml = 10 drops.
