If you have placed an order on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or weekends or public holidays, they will be shipped to their next business day as mentioned above. Change of Mind Returns We accept eligible items back for exchange or store credit (issued as a gift voucher) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided all of the following conditions are met: The item is unused and in its original condition All original tags, accessories, and documentation are intact The item is in its original, undamaged packaging in fully re-saleable condition The item was purchased at full price — sale items, discounted items, items purchased with a discount code, preorders, and gift voucher purchases are not eligible.
