All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our Western Australian facility. We use Australia Post Express Post Service for all customers.

We pride ourselves on getting your items out to you as fast as possible, with the greatest of care to ensure you get exactly what you wanted and it all arrives safe and sound. If you place your order and you realise you made a mistake or would like to add something or edit something contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we still have the order being processed i.e we haven’t shipped it yet.

Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost. (Generally very remote areas of the world).

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You can leave a note on the order for the Postie to leave your package. We are not liable for packages are left at your property with an (ATL).

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date. If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or provide a refund.

We do provide refunds for a change of mind. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging.

• 1. Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. • 2. Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (errors excluded). Natural Pet Supplements accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

I have received confirmation from you that my product needs to be returned – What now?

Package the item(s) for return: You will need to repack the product well enough for shipping and well enough to prevent further damage. Any physical damage caused may also void any existing warranty coverage on the product. For all returns and exchanges, send an email to [email protected]. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage), along with an email confirmation, or an exchange, as per your request.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
