You are welcome to return new unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping cost:

• If we shipped the incorrect product. • If the product is damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds may take up to 2 to 3 weeks due to the time, the courier collects and returns the products for inspection and processed through our administration. We need you to please allow 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the refund request. In many cases you may receive a refund much earlier.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged and due to health risks if:

• You have ordered the incorrect product. • The products have been opened, therefore not resalable. • You have changed your mind.

Note: • At our expense we always pay an additional second delivery fee in advance in the case that the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful. • A third delivery attempt or goods returned back to our warehouse and or courier depot will be borne by the customer for re-delivery. • The courier company will also need to provide evidence of attempted delivery dates and times to ensure that they have acted in good faith on behalf of our customers.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
