All orders are shipped from Unit 4, 14 Hamersley Drive, Clyde North, VIC 3978. Orders are shipped same or next day (Mon to Fri) and sent via Australia Post, unless otherwise stated on the Banner on our website. Please note that we are unable to leave delivery notes on your parcels.

Warranty

Zoe Sage guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact [email protected] if you believe you have received a defective product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
