We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. For all interstate orders, we ship via Australia Post. For orders within Victoria, please allow 4-7 business days to receive your order once dispatched. You can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-10 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer. We offer free shipping on all orders. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, ordered items will be left in a safe place, unattended. Note: delivery times are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch.

Tracking All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address. If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, please contact us at [email protected].

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery We do not accept 'change of mind' returns due to their nature and use of our products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

If you are shipping an item over $80 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
