OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place the heated foot pouch on a flat surface that will be comfortable for your feet to reach and then insert into a 220-240V power outlet. 2. Plug the power cord into a power source and ensure that all connections are secure. 3. Once the power cord has been correctly assembled check that the cable is hanging freely without any hard bends, folds or kinks. 4. Switch the pouch on with the POWER button and then select a desired temperature with the Temperature Controls. 5. Allow some time for the pouch to warm up, place one foot at a time into the pouch to test that the temperature is at a safe and bearable temperature. CONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS 1. ON/OFF The controller allows you to turn the unit ON or OFF by pressing the POWER button. 2. TIMER The digital controls allows you to set the timer to automatically shut-off. There are four timers that you can set: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes. When you first turn the controller on the default setting is 30 minutes, on heat setting 3. When you turn on the controller next time, it will remember the temperature and time you had set the last time you used it. Press the numbered button to set the desired time, once pressed the timer will begin to count down. If the timer isn’t adjusted it will begin to countdown from the last setting used by default (30 minutes on it’s first use). When the timer reaches 0 the pouch will turn itself off. 3. INDICATOR LIGHTS The six indicator lights illuminate from left to right according to the pouch’s heat setting. The indicator lights will be flashing from left to right and stop when the heat has reached the temperature you have chosen. The approximate temperatures at each setting are: 1st: 40 ° C, 2nd: 44° C, 3rd: 48 ° C, 4th: 52° C, 5th: 56° C, 6th: 60 ° C. 4. TEMPERATURE CONTROLS By pressing the + button you will increase the pouch’s temperature, pressing the - button will decrease it. Use the Indicator lights as a guide to see the selected temperature.
