Shipping
Orders are generally shipped out within 24 business hours of being received. Delivery time ranges from 7 – 10 business days depending on the delivery address and which Australian distribution center your order will be shipped from.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
Returns / Refunds Policy:
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery and they will be happy to organise you a replacement product or full refund.
We are unable to offer change of mind returns for personal care items but can accept change of mind returns for other products within 30 days if they are returned unopened. Postage to be paid by the buyer.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer does not follow up after receiving a 'delivery attempted' card to organise redelivery/pick up from depot resulting in the item being returned to us then the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
Late or missing refunds:

Do not ingest or insert pad into the body. Do Not use on infants. Use under adult supervision. Avoid use on highly sensitive or insensitive skin. Do not use on open wounds. Overheating may damage or destroy gel bead pads. Discard if damaged. Test gel bead temperature prior to use. WARNING: if you have an infection or mastitis seek urgent medical care. Cold therapy Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Heat Therapy Submerge in hot water or microwave. Heat in 6 second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Slip pad into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying. CLEANING : Sleeves can be machine washed with similar colours. Therapy packs can be washed with warm soapy water.
