Returns are at customer cost to PO Box 199 Katoomba NSW 2780. No refunds after 30 days from purchase date, and a simple change of mind doesn’t constituent a reason for refund or order cancellation. However, we’re not hard and fast on this and understand every customer may have different reasons for requesting a refund. Customer may call to discuss.
Notionally 12 months warranty – however, we’re not hard and fast on this, so we’re always willing to replace the product if the problem is directly related to a faulty product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
