Shipping Rates: Deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post to all destinations. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. The cost of shipping your order will be $9.95 anywhere in Australia. • If you need something urgently, please talk to us and we will assist with pleasure wherever possible.

Freight Free: If your order total, after any discounts, is over $99.00 shipping will be FREE in Australia.

Delivery time frames within Australia: • 1-2 business days within Sydney Metro including Penrith. • Regional NSW will be 2-3 working days. • 2-3 business days to Brisbane and Melbourne. • 2 - 4 days to Adelaide. • Remote areas will be 5 days. • Perth is 5 - 6 business days.

Delivery times may occasionally be longer to remote areas and during periods of congestion due to holidays or disruptive events. In very rare cases there may be delays outside of our control.

Return and Refund Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for the order and the return will unfortunately not be refunded.

We will of course accept returns and provide you with a refund where the product is faulty or is not as described.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it quickly for you.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs for the original order and the return will unfortunately not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Warranty Policy:

All our battery operated products, first aid kits, and re-usable moisture absorbers carry a standard warranty of 1 year.

Warranties only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship. Defects that have resulted in improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture or heat, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification are not covered under warranty.

If you have a product that is under warranty and has a defect or fault, please contact Allstate Healthcare @ [email protected] for assistance with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a product return can be arranged. Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Allstate Healthcare will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us to resolve your concerns.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
