Returns are at customer cost to PO Box 199 Katoomba NSW 2780. No refunds after 30 days from purchase date, and a simple change of mind doesn’t constituent a reason for refund or order cancellation. Notionally 12 months warranty – however, we’re not hard and fast on this, so we’re always willing to replace the product if the problem is directly related to a faulty product.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
