Slightly pull up your ear and with your other hand insert the earplug into the ear, until the protector fits snugly. Do not place the earplug too deep in the ear. Improper fit, improper use, or failure to follow the instructions of this device will decrease noise reduction effectiveness, increase the risk of hearing damage and affect the lifespan of the reusable earplugs. Alpine Hearing Protection is not liable for any damage arising from misuse. Check the working order of the earplugs regularly and store them in the original, clean packaging. Clean the earplugs regularly with mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry off after cleaning. Reusable earplugs can be used approximately 100 times. Sudden or rapid removal of hearing protection may cause damage to the eardrum

Returns
Returns are at the customer's cost. No refunds after 30 days from purchase date, and a simple change of mind doesn’t constitute a reason for refund or order cancellation. Notionally 12 months warranty – however, we’re not hard and fast on this, so we’re always willing to replace the product if the problem is directly related to a faulty product.
