VIEW HELP CENTRECaress Cleansing Milk removes make-up, moisturizes and soothes in a single step. Ideal for dry, thin and sensitive skin, it gently eliminates face and eye make-up. Slightly film forming, it also helps maintain a proper skin hydration level and contributes to maintaining skin's elasticity. Concentrated in pure water from the Alps and Swiss dermo-soothing Mallow flower, it is enriched with Aloe vera, which has been used for millennia for its moisturising, soothing and emollient properties. Skin is clean, soft and moisturized. It regains immediate comfort.

All skin types
Apply a small amount of product on face, eyes and neck using a slightly damp cotton pad or directly on dry skin, delicately massaging with fingertips. Remove excess with a cotton pad soaked with CLEAN & COMFORT Caress Toning Lotion. Can be used morning and evening. Slightly dampen cotton pad before applying the milk so that the product penetrates the skin and not the cotton pad.

Shipping
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days and are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, using Australia Post tracked parcel service. We ship to any address in Australia, including PO Boxes. Shipping times vary depending on your location but is usually within 5 business days in metropolitan areas. Service may take longer in rural areas.
Returns
Change of mind:
If you change your mind, you can return any unused and unopened product (with all original packaging intact) to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Any shipping fee paid is not refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Faulty items:
If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged in transport, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase to ask for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fee paid.
We may ask for evidence of the fault or damage, including pictures, and / or for the faulty product to be returned. If we confirm that your product is faulty or damaged, we will provide you with a choice of a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges you paid. We reserve our right to reject the claim for refund in respect of any returned products which we deem to be not faulty or damaged, and we may return the goods to you at your cost or dispose of the product if you do not pay return postage or collect the product from us within 30 days of being notified that your claim for refund was rejected.
