All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days and are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, using Australia Post tracked parcel service. We ship to any address in Australia, including PO Boxes. Shipping times vary depending on your location but is usually within 5 business days in metropolitan areas. Service may take longer in rural areas.
Warranty
Warranty: We warrant that all products sold by Cosimer are genuine, brand new products sourced directly from the manufacturers that we distribute in Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
Change of mind:
If you change your mind, you can return any unused and unopened product (with all original packaging intact) to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Any shipping fee paid is not refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Faulty items:
If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged in transport, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase to ask for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fee paid.
We may ask for evidence of the fault or damage, including pictures, and / or for the faulty product to be returned. If we confirm that your product is faulty or damaged, we will provide you with a choice of a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges you paid. We reserve our right to reject the claim for refund in respect of any returned products which we deem to be not faulty or damaged, and we may return the goods to you at your cost or dispose of the product if you do not pay return postage or collect the product from us within 30 days of being notified that your claim for refund was rejected.
