Returns
Change of mind:
If you change your mind, you can return any unused and unopened product (with all original packaging intact) to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Any shipping fee paid is not refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Faulty items:
If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged in transport, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase to ask for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fee paid.
We may ask for evidence of the fault or damage, including pictures, and / or for the faulty product to be returned. If we confirm that your product is faulty or damaged, we will provide you with a choice of a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges you paid. We reserve our right to reject the claim for refund in respect of any returned products which we deem to be not faulty or damaged, and we may return the goods to you at your cost or dispose of the product if you do not pay return postage or collect the product from us within 30 days of being notified that your claim for refund was rejected.

Mavala PORE DETOX Toning Lotion is ideal for removing impurities produced during the night and complete the cleansing. This physiological pH formula leaves the skin clean and fresh. Formulated with 92% of natural origin ingredients, it is concentrated in Fleischer Willowherb, a rare persistent Alpine species rich in flavonoids (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant), the Perfecting Toning Lotion inhibits the activity of the 5-alpha-reductase, enzyme responsible for sebum production. Diminishing the activity of this enzyme in this way is the most effective method to visibly reduce sebum production, without drying out skin. It also contains Witch Hazel water, a shrub used for centuries for its disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its richness in tannins and flavonoids provides astringent, toning and purifying properties. In the PORE DETOX line, we use a distillation of freshly cut and partly dried branches to preserve all its properties for the skin. Can also gently remove excess from masks. Your skin is left perfectly clean. Skin texture is refined and smoother. Your complexion regains its beautiful radiance.

Soak a cotton pad with Perfecting Toning Lotion and gently apply on face and neck, without rubbing. Apply in the morning to clean sebum produced during the night and in the evening to remove make-up and eliminate impurities from the day.
