Returns

PainPod offers a 60-90 day money back guarantee on products that are not helping with your pain management. We require you to use the product for at least 60 days to give it the chance to take effect and return it prior to 90 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been physically damaged are not eligible for this offer.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

Under consumer law we may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:

• type of product • how a consumer is likely to use the product • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

Under consumer law, if the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.

You should expect to hear from PainPod within 3 working days of receiving your return with the outcome of the inspection or to request further information.

As the Gel Pads can be compromised by oil/lotion on the skin after one use or incorrect storage, we cannot guarantee the stickiness will last so recommend using the Conductor Gel for helping with adhesion. If there is a fault with the connector the pads will be replaced.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
