Estimated Delivery:

Orders shipped by Standard Australia Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2 – 7 business days from date of despatch*.

*While we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, during promotional, sale or holiday periods it can take a little longer for your order to leave (up to 7 additional business days). Our dispatch team work from 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-3pm on Fridays AEST. Excluding public holidays.

Tracking:

As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an email with tracking information. Please note this tracking email will be shipped to the same email address you used when placing your order.

For accurate information about your delivery, please follow the shipping information provided once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a confirmation of your order or a tracking link, please contact our team via email or call 1800 851 888 so we can assist you.

Damage in transit:

We do our best to ensure your goods are safely transported. Should you order arrive damaged and the product is no longer suitable for use, follow these simple steps.

1. Take a photo of your damaged goods
2. Contact our team a message including your photo and order number

Once we've received your message our team will get back to you in 1 - 2 business days.

Change of Mind Returns Policy:

At Rose-Hip Vital Pty Ltd we offer our customers total peace of mind.

If you decide you do not want an item you have ordered, you may return it to us for a refund. To do this you must contact us with your intention to return the item within 14 days of us dispatching your order to you.

The product must be returned to us in AS NEW condition and the return shipping will be at your cost. We recommend registering and taking transit insurance on your return postage as items in transit are your responsibility until received back to our premises.

If you have received the wrong order, any item is damaged or your order does not arrive please contact us and we will re-ship the order immediately.

Faulty or Damaged Return Policy:

All products purchased from Rose-Hip Vital Pty Ltd are covered by transit insurance and are fully guaranteed by us. This ensures your order is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by us.

In the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or damaged in transit please email our team and give a full detailed description of the problem/damage, as well as your name, contact number or email address.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
