Playette can only arrange Delivery within Australia. WE DO NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS.

Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from receipt of payment. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.

Please notify us via email to confirm authorization of the cancellation and allow up to 2 weeks during busy Sale Promotion period.

Pick-Ups: Strictly delivery only; no pick-ups allowed.

If you purchased an item from Playette and you change your mind, you can return it.

You have 14 days to return your items (some exclusions apply see below list) for an exchange or refund as long as it is returned in its original sealed packaging and is in saleable condition. By saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used and all manuals etc. are included. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. You also must submit proof of purchase. Return shipping is at customer expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.

If you contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase we will exchange it or give you a refund using your original payment method, less any shipping charges, as long as it is within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery charges will apply to exchanges.

Any Teething Items (not sold with protective packaging) Any Feeding / Drinking Items (with broken seals or not sold with protective packaging) Bath and Oral Care Products that are not sealed and in original packaging

Playette will accept returns and provide you with a refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair if deemed repairable.
