Hydrolysed Collagen 1.25g
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 11.25mg
Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. 29 micrograms
equiv. to dry root (Japanese Knotweed) 2.61mg
Retinol acetate 50.3 micrograms
Equiv. to Vitamin A 43.75 micrograms RE

Contains: Contains sulfites and phenylalanine.

Allergen Contains: Phenylalanine| Sulphites

Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Storage Temperature: Below 25°C.

Contains sulfites and phenylalanine. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25­°C. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.­
