Aqua (Water/Eau), Urea, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Ethoxydiglycol, PEG-12, Glycerin, Sodium Bicarbonate, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium, Tetrasodium EDTA, Parfum (Fragrance), Sodium Hydroxide, Linalool.

Step 1: Pump foam liberally and apply to your body. Step 2: Leave on skin for at least five minutes. Step 3: Shower with warm water and use a wet cloth to wipe tan away.
