HOW SHOULD I APPLY SUNSCREEN FOR OPTIMAL PROTECTION
As a general rule, you should protect your entire body adequately. When applying sunscreen pay particular attention to the body's so-called "sun traps" (nose, checks shoulders, neck, arches of your feet, bald head) as these are very exposed to the sun's rays. Remember to re-apply after swimming and towelling. Every skin type is different and may need application more frequently. Put a timer on your phone so you don't forget to re-apply. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes prior to before sun exposure across the whole body.

Remember to avoid intensive midday sun and prolonged exposure to the sun.
