MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Comfortable thin, elastic, breathable stretch poly fitted sleeve with an imbedded soft Gel Metatarsal Pad to cushion the balls of your feet and give you relief all day long from calluses, Morton's Neuroma, rheumatism, and other fore-foot discomfort. Wear however you wish; inside shoes, barefoot, under socks or with sandals. Gently slides over your fore-foot and anchors with your toe so the metatarsal fitted gel pad stays aligned properly under the ball of your foot. Attractive nude color for fashion. Thin design can be worn in any shoe. Durable and reusable, hand wash in warm water, rinse well, air dry.

Terrific product
Wish I found this product 2 months ago.
Within a few fays the relief was fantastic, once you get use to the feeling of it and get the position right it is like a comfy pillow for the ball of your foot.. within a week the relief on the strain i had was almost gone. Would highly recommend this product

Morton's neuroma gone in a couple of weeks
I had a very sore foot that was swollen and made me limp for several weeks. Went to see the doctor and I was diagnosed with Morton's neuroma and was advised to use these pads.
Fixed my issue in just a couple of weeks! Absolutely wonderful.

MASSIVE RELIEF for BALL OF MY TOES
I suffered major burns to my feet as a young kid and experience significant discomfort when standing for any prolonged period of time. The worst of the pain resides in the metatarsal region. I also have flat feet as a result of my feet being literally cooked in boiling water at the time of my injury. I purchased a pack of these at the beginning of November, 2020 - together with Gel Arch Cushions. I based my purchase on other reviews here on Chemist Warehouse - although I was dubious whether these would help me. I am pleased to say that these cushions provide me with major relief and have given me a new sense of hope. These slide on over your toes like a mini sandal with a small bridge of fabric that fits between your big and next toes so that it doesn't slide down. The gel pads inside the fabric sleeve sits against your skin and grips there very well. The manufacturer has created a very practical product that is easy to put on, take off - as well as wash and reuse by way of a "washing bag" included in the box. I give this product a full 5 Stars and am grateful for the well thought out product that gives me massive relief. Cheers from Fitzroy!
