HOW SHOULD I APPLY SUNSCREEN FOR OPTIMAL PROTECTION
As a general rule, you should protect your entire body adequately. When applying sunscreen pay particular attention to the body's so-called "sun traps" (nose, checks shoulders, neck, arches of your feet, bald head) as these are very exposed to the sun's rays.
Remember to re-apply after swimming and towelling. Every skin type is different and may need application more frequently. Put a timer on your phone so you don't forget to re-apply. Apply sunscreen 20minutes prior to before sun exposure across the whole body.

With broad spectrum protection and a moisturising formula, this sunscreen protects you from harmful UV rays whilst nourishing your skin. With the use of NIVEA SUN Protect & Moisture Moisture Lock SPF50+ Sunscreen Spray you can expect UVA & UVB protection against skin ageing and sunburn, plus 4 hour water resistance. It has a moisturising formula with Vitamin E to help protect the skin from the drying effects of the sun. The moisturising formula with Vitamin E helps to keep the skin hydrated. Made in Australia.
