RECOMMENDED ADULT DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring or seal under cap is broken or missing.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).
