Magnesium 60 mg total Magnesium 500 mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 60.7 mg equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 41 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5 micrograms, Tableting aids, colour.
Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
