SERVING SUGGESTION: 1 serve = 40 g use up to 3 serves a day.
HOW: Add 40 g (1? scoops) to 300 mL of water. Use the scoop provided with the powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Alternatively mix with juice or low fat milk.
WHEN: Any time of the day after exercise or between meals. For optimal results consume in the evening before bed.
