Apply to dry, clean skin and rub in 20 minutes before heading outside. Roll-on sunscreens are designed for small areas of skin, including face, ears, neck, hands and feet. Apply liberally and rub in well. One full body application should be the equivalent of seven teaspoons (35mL). Children may require less than this, depending on their size. Reapply every two hours and immediately after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Babies 0-6 months: The use of sunscreens on babies under six months old is not recommended. Avoid direct sun exposure and use other forms of sun protection. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Always wear protective clothing, eyewear/sunglasses, a broad-brim hat and seek shade when out in the sun. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or damaged skin. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if required.
