Bluenesse® helps to soothe the nerves and calm the mind. Caruso's Stress & Anxiety Spray is an easy to use oral spray that can relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety and can assist the body to cope with environmental stress, plus support healthy mood balance.

Melissa officinalis is a medicinal herb commonly known as Lemon Balm which has been traditionally used in European medicine to relieve symptoms of nervous tension, unrest and sleeplessness. Caruso’s Stress and Anxiety Spray contains a specific extract of Melissa officinalis called Bluenesse®, that aids the body in coping with environmental stress and relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety including excess nervous energy and restlessness. Additionally, it can may enhance memory recall, promote mental alertness and support concentration and focus. The spray delivery system provides easy administration and makes it a suitable product for those who are unable to swallow tablets.

Adults and children over the age of 12: Place spray nozzle into mouth and spray 6 times. Use 3 times a day (maximum 18 sprays per day) during times of stress and/or mild anxiety or as advised by your healthcare professional.
