SERVING SUGGESTION: 1 serve = 90 g use up to 1 serve a day.
HOW: Add 90 g (2 heaped scoops) to 300 mL of water. Use the scoop provided with the powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.
May also be added to other foods to increase protein content.
Alternatively mix with juice or low fat milk.
WHEN: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after exercise.
