Fefol Multi-Preg is specially formulated to contain 18 key nutrients to help provide the mother and her growing baby with nutritional support prior to conception, during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

PRECONCEPTION

Can be taken at least 4 weeks prior to conception. Contains Zinc 10 mg and Iodine 250 micrograms to support preconception health and help prepare the body for pregnancy.

PREGNANCY

Helps support healthy foetal central nervous system and brain development. Contains Folic Acid 500 micrograms to help prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly when trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy. Contains Vitamin B12 12 micrograms, Vitamin D 12.5 micrograms and Vitamin C 60 mg which help support a healthy pregnancy. Contains Omega 3 222.3 mg and DHA 159.32 mg to support general health and wellbeing in breastfeeding women and support healthy foetal development.

BREASTFEEDING

Supports healthy growth and development in breastfed healthy infants as well as general health and wellbeing in breastfeeding women. Contains 250 micrograms of Iodine, Omega-3 to help support healthy eye, vision, brain and cognitive development in breast fed healthy infants.
