Step 4: Hold the applicator body at the
patterned grip zone and slowly push the
plunger until it stops. This places the
pessary in the vagina.
Step 5: Remove the applicator from the
vagina. Discard the applicator for canesten

flushed down the toilet.

How to use: Adults
