Active Ingredients: Psyllium husk powder 525mg.

Contains: sulfites

Take each dose with a 250 mL glass of water. Drink plenty of water. Swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position.

Contains sulfites. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication induced constipation.Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poison Information Centre immediately. For children = 12 years, seek medical advice.
