Active Ingredients: Per Tablet:
Valerian officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg equiv to dry root 2 g (2000 mg) standardised to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg

Adults -Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.
