Used as a foot care tool for smoothing and removing hard skin, calluses, and corns from the feet, and can also serve general cleaning/abrasive purposes similar to a pumice or cleaning stone.

Soak feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften the skin, then gently rub the sponge in a circular or back-and-forth motion over corns, calluses, or rough areas of the feet. Rinse the sponge and feet after use, pat dry, and moisturize the feet. Use no more than 2–3 times per week to avoid over-exfoliation.

Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest; if dust is generated during use, avoid inhalation and wear a dust mask if concentrations are high. Keep away from chlorine trifluoride and open flame or heat sources. Not intended for use by individuals with diabetes, poor circulation, or open wounds/broken skin without consulting a healthcare provider. Keep out of reach of children and avoid excessive or aggressive use on sensitive skin.
