"Apply before heading outdoors: Apply to dry, clean skin 20 minutes before heading outside. Hold the bottle 10 - 15 cm away from the body.
Apply liberally: For adults, apply at least one teaspoon (5 mL) of sunscreen to each arm, leg, front of the body, back of the body and face (including the neck and ears). One full body application should be the equivalent of seven teaspoons (35 mL). Ensure generous application until the product looks and feels wet on the skin.
Application method: Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray onto hands and then apply to the face. Do not apply the product in windy conditions. Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhalation.
Reapply Regularly: Every TWO HOURS and immediately after swimming, sweating or towel drying. "
