Each 2 g dose contains: Actaea racemosa (black cohosh) root ext. dry conc. 40 mg equiv. dry 160 mg, rheum rhaponticum (english rhubarb) root ext. dry conc 2 mg, equiv. dry 42 mg, equiv rhaponticin 100 microgram, asparagus racemosus (shatavari) peeled root ext. dry conc 150 mg equiv. dry 3 g, salvia officinalis (garden sage) leaf ext. dry conc 150 mg equiv. dry 1.5 g, chromic chloride hexahydrate 512.56 microgram equiv. chromium 100 microgram, withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc 300 mg equiv. dry 3.75 g equiv withanolides 15 mg, vitex agnus-castus (chasteberry) fruit ext. dry conc 25 mg equiv. dry 250 mg, bifidobacterium longum BL21 1.0 x 109 CFU. 

Directions for use: Adults: Mix 2 g (one level scoop) of powder in 150 mL of water and consume immediately, twice daily, or as professionally prescribed. Best taken with food.
Store below 25°C. Always use a dry scoop and use within 90 days of opening.
 

Warning: In very rare cases - black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
