DIRECTIONS:
HOW: serve size = 6g (1 level scoop).
Adults: Add 6g (1 level scoop) to 200ml-250ml of cold water. Shake or stir until dissolved and consume immediately. For optimal results drink plenty of water throughout the day.

WHEN: Take 6g (1 level scoop) daily, ideally before or after exercise.
