Size: 30 chewable tablets

Each tablet contains:
Iron (from Ferrous fumarate) 20 mg,
Sodium ascorbate 56.24 mg,
equiv. to ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg,
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 15 micrograms,
Iodine (from Potassium iodide) 150 micrograms,
Levomefolate calcium 325 micrograms,
equiv. to levomefolic acid (L 5 MTHF) 300 micrograms,
Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 70 micrograms

Adults: Chew 1 tablet, once daily. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn, or broken. Store below 25°C.
