Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Rhodiola rosea extract dry concentrate 100 mg (Rhodiolife®) from dry root 400 mg, equivalent total rosavins 3 mg; Camellia sinensis extract dry concentrate 52.63 mg (Green tea) from dry leaf 421.04 mg, equivalent to L-Theanine 50 mg, equivalent caffeine 2.63 mg; Iodine (from potassium iodide) 80 microgram; Biotin 3.8 microgram; Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1.2 microgram; Folic acid 200 microgram; Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 850 microgram; Caffeine 49.47 mg; Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) (from calcium pantothenate) 3 mg; Nicotinamide 8 mg; Iron (from iron (II) glycinate) 4 mg; Zinc (from zinc citrate) 7 mg.
Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
To be taken with food.
Contains 50 mg caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn or broken.
