Help reduce the occurrence of symptoms of traveller's diarrhoea: Take 2 capsules daily.

To reduce the risk of traveller's diarrhoea, take 5 days prior and everyday whilst travelling.

To relieve diarrhoea and help maintain beneficial gut flora during antibiotic use: Take 2 capsules, twice daily.

Drink plenty of water. Do not use if tamper evident cap/seal is broken or missing.

Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
