How to Use: Adults: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200 ml of water and drink. Take once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. To support hydration needs for exercise, consume up to 4 tablets daily. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. 

Not for dehydration caused by diarrhoea. Use only as directed. 

Adults only. Keep out of reach of children. Each tablet contains 138 mg of Sodium and 78 mg of Potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Contains sucralose. Contains 7.4g (based on 4 tablets/MRDD TBC by Safety) sugar alcohols per maximum recommended daily dose. Products containing sorbitol and isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if tamper-evident seal on tube is broken or missing.
