ASSEMBLY & HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove securing clip holder. Unfold the four sections and they will snap into place.
- Loosen locking ring.
- Push in pin push button and slide up or down to adjust height.
- Lock pin push button into notch when height is appropriate. Ensure pin push button is fully protruding for a secure lock.
- Tighten locking ring and check height is appropriate. Adjust if necessary.

HEIGHT MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Put on your walking shoes and stand upright. Let your arms hang naturally with a slight bend (15–30°). Measure from your wrist joint to the floor. This is your walking stick height.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS 
Wipe with a mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly. 

CAUTION
Inspect all parts for damage prior to use. Discontinue use if walking stick becomes damaged. Ensure rubber tips are securely attached, replace when worn or damaged. Check user weight capacity before use. Take extra caution when walking on uneven or wet ground. 

In addition to all statutory warranties and guarantees, this product is guaranteed for 12 months in normal use to be free from manufacturing defects.
