Bodicheks Kids Gel Pack offers hot and cold therapy to sooth minor bumps and bruises. With a soft fleece cover and adjustable straps, it ensures a secure, gentle fit. Reusable and designed with friendly characters for little ones.
Suitable For: Hot and cold gel packs are used to apply hot and cold therapy to various parts of the body that can help relieve the symptoms of headaches, toothaches, aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstual cramps. Use only as directed and if pain persits - please seek medical advice.

COLD APPLICATION
1. Freeze for at least two hours.
2. Apply to injury using the soft fabric side.
3. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.
HOT APPLICATION
1. Flatten pack and place in microwave ensuring pack does not touch the walls.
2. Heat for 15 seconds. Rest pack in microwave for 1 minute before handling.
3. Cautiously test for desired heat. If not hot enough, turn pack over and continue heating in 5-second increments until optimal heat is achieved. Ensure to rest the pack after each increment before handling.
4. Remove pack from microwave. Apply pack to injury using the soft fabric side.

MICROWAVE OVENS VARY IN POWER. HEATING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE MICROWAVE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO START HEATING CAUTIOUSLY AND GRADUALLY INCREASE THE TIME TO ACHIEVE DESIRED HEAT. NEVER LEAVE IN THE MICROWAVE UNATTENDED. DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 20 SECONDS CONTINUOUSLY AT A TIME. EXCESSIVE HEATING WILL CAUSE PACK TO BURST OR LEAK. IF PACK STARTS TO BULGE, STOP MICROWAVE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE UNLESS PACK IS COVERED WITH A TOWEL. BE CAUTIOUS WITH USE ON PEOPLE WITH FRAGILE OR SENSITIVE SKIN.
