INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Unscrew the top and fill the ice bag with crushed ice, taking care not to overfill. (DO NOT store ice bag in freezer with water).
2. Securely seal the bag using the provided screw top.
3. Place the ice bag into the strap and secure it onto the injury site.
4. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove bag for a few minutes, then reapply.
5. After use, empty the ice bag and allow it to dry before storing.
