Tips for taking Ferro-grad C

It's best to take Ferro-grad C tablets without food however, gastrointestinal upset may be reduced by taking it at night or with a meal.

Avoid taking your iron tablet or liquid with tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, cola or wine as these reduce the amount of iron absorbed by the body
